Call our Gear Shop at (204) 388-2255 to find out when we have the technician on duty best suited to help you fix or maintain your particular paintball guns (markers), hoppers, tanks etc. If you bring in your equipment, our techs can help you fix it yourself, free of charge (parts not included). You'll do most of the physical work yourself as our techs watch and guide you through the troubleshooting and maintenance process.

We have tech benches set up in store where you can use provided tools to take apart your equipment and perform your own fixes and general maintenance.  If choosing this option, please leave ample time for the techs to help you as they may be assisting other customers at the same time.

If you would like to check in your equipment instead for our techs to work with on their own time, most individual marker repairs or cleanings are able to be done at a labour charge of $30.00 plus tax. This covers a half hour of technician work and does not include replacement parts (if necessary).  If it is found that the labour for the job will be more than $30, Splatters staff will contact you for your permission before continuing.  After the initial 30 minutes, labour charges will continue at a rate of $15 per 15 minutes.
