Returns
Customers may return or exchange most products at full original value within 30 days from the tendered sale. Items must be in re-sellable condition, unused, and accompanied by all of the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, and miscellaneous parts and accessories per the discretion of Splatters Paintball Gear Shop.
Special ordered items and items purchased through consignment or at a discount are returnable solely at the discretion of Splatters Paintball Gear Shop.
If accepted, items that have been used or are missing original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, and/or miscellaneous parts and accessories will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Products must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.
No returns on Paint.
Underage Customers
Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to purchase paintball guns.
Tech Work Warranty
Abandoned Merchandise
If customer equipment is not picked up within 6 months after tech completion, the item(s) will become property of Splatters Paintball Gear Shop. This helps us avoid storage issues.
Air Tank Hydrotesting
We are not able to fill tanks that are over 15 years from the date of manufacture. We also cannot fill tanks over 62 cubic inches in size that are over 5 years from the date of manufacture or the last date of hydrotesting.
If you have a tank over this size amount and it is beyond this 5 year restriction, we can have it hydrotested for you for $35. Most tanks do not fail this testing, but it is not guaranteed that yours will pass. If your tank fails, you will only receive your regulator upon pick-up. We have the testing done in batches, so we cannot accurately let you know when the tank will be ready unless you bring in multiple tanks for testing.
We do not fill CO2 Tanks.
