Splatters staff members are the representatives of the Splatters Paintball Park, and as such, are required to provide unparalleled customer service. Staff members are required to be outgoing, energetic, and respectful. They must also be friendly, responsible, passionate, and above all else, honest. Splatters Paintball provides an exciting workplace, and all staff are expected to provide that positive experience to the customers. We also have very high expectations of our staff among co-workers. If you are just here to goof off, you won't last long! We're here to work hard, play hard, and have a ton of fun!

Applicants are required to:

  • basically have no social life; we work evenings and weekends when everyone else is here to play!
  • have a willingness to learn new skills
  • MINIMUM of 16 years of age
  • have a reliable mode of transportation (caring parents count!)
  • enjoy customer service
  • have internet access at home (all staff scheduling done online)
  • paintball experience is not required, and is not an asset either
  • maturity (Splatters as a second job) is an asset

Applicants are NOT required to:

  • own any paintball equipment
  • have any prior paintball experience

Additional assets include:

  • bilingual
  • owning a vehicle & cell phone
  • living within 45 minutes of Splatters
  • business school, marketing, customer relations background or experience

Part Time Responsibilities include:

  • Some Friday evening shifts
  • an average 6 to 8 hour Saturday shift
  • an average 4 to 6 hour Sunday shift
  • optional weekday evening hours (not many)
  • making groups feel welcome and appreciated at Splatters
  • ensuring all players are playing safely and fairly on the fields
  • serving customers in the shop & staging area
  • going through safety briefings with players
  • keeping players safe on the fields
  • cleaning equipment & facilities

Full Time Responsibilities include:

  • all Part-Time Responsibilities
  • 35-45 hours per week, of which 10-15 are weekend
  • many evenings
  • mowing, mechanical work, etc to keep up the park
  • will include operating equipment, including skid steer, scissor lift, zoom boom, mowers, gators, quads, etc.
